These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.\n\nVacancy \n\nShift - Days and Nights \nHours: 07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00\nOngoing temp\n£25 per hour Key Responsibilities\nSmall electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance\nEmergency lighting testing\nControl panel maintenance\nReplacing ballasts\nMonitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems\nGeneral M&E and fabric maintenance\nLogbook updates and compliance reporting\nBasic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets)\nMaintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systemsRequirements\n\nCity & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations\n18th Edition qualification\nAbility to provide copies of relevant trade certificates\nProven experience in commercial building maintenance\nMulti-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach\nStrong communication skills and client-facing experience \n\n To apply, please send an up-to-date copy of your CV to (url removed) for more information
