Role:Electrical Shift Engineer

Shift Pattern:Shifts 12 hour basis.

Salary:Up to £51,500 per annum

Type:Permanent

Trevett Servicesare currently searching forElectrical Shift Engineers onapermanent basis, to work in a Data Centre environment, starting as soon as possible based inLongcrosswith one of the UK's leading Globalcommercial real estate services & investment companies.

Duties:

• Complete PPM, reactive maintenance and keep all built electrical systems running.
• React to BMS alarms and compete emergency repairs.
• Installation and modification of site electrical services.
• Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues.
• Operation and trouble shooting of emergency lighting, BMS, AC System, VAV, Split Systems, AHU's, Generators, heating systems and HV Systems (training given).
• Monitor Fire systems and alert supervisor on changes to status.
• Check BMS alarm conditions and respond to HVAC related problems.

Requirements:

• Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment.
• City & Guilds qualification Level 3 Electrical/ Maintenance.
• 18th Edition IEE
• HV Approved Person would be beneficial (Training is offered to be HVAP).
• HVAC Experience.
• BMS Knowledge.
• Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management.
• Experienced with working in a critical environment / data center is ideal.
