First-line response for all planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E plant Carrying out PPMs on pumps, motors, drives, AHUs, LV switch gear, PLC's, SCADA systems Generator testing UPS maintenance Emergency Light Testing Fire Alarm Testing Small electrical works - rewiring, replacing sockets, lighting upgrades, changing lamps All site HVAC PPMs Reactive plumbing PPMs Escorting and liaising with subcontractors regarding call-outs, installations and major services Documenting all works via our clients E-logbook systemRequirements
