Electrical Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider – Fitzrovia , London - Ongoing temp - 4 On 4 Off Days Shift

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company based in Fitzrovia, London. These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 Ongoing temp \n

£25 per hour \n

Key Responsibilities

\n Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance \n

Emergency lighting testing \n

Control panel maintenance \n

Replacing ballasts \n

Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems \n

General M&E and fabric maintenance \n

Logbook updates and compliance reporting \n

Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets) \n

Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems \n

Requirements

\n City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations \n

18th Edition qualification \n

Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates \n

Proven experience in commercial building maintenance \n

Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach \n

Strong communication skills and client-facing experience \n
