We're excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a long-established and highly regarded building services provider, based on a prestigious site near Liverpool Street. This is a standout position for an engineer looking to join a stable, professional maintenance team with clear opportunities for progression and ongoing training.

In this role, you'll be responsible for both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical systems. You'll ensure all equipment and building systems operate efficiently and remain compliant with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled PPM and respond to reactive maintenance requests Work on Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS Safely isolate and reinstate plant equipment as required Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet regulatory standards Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS and logbooks Operate and manage jobs through the PDA system Act as a point of contact for client queries on-site Promote safe working practices at all times Candidate Requirements:

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent) Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial building maintenance Strong understanding of M&E plant and building systems Proactive, professional, and able to work independently Must live within a commutable distance of Liverpool Street Salary & Benefits:
