OverviewHM1427a - Electrical Site Engineer. This is a national role; candidates must live within a commutable distance of either Preston or Port Talbot. It also involves staying away most weeks from Monday to Friday lunchtime.Basic salary £45,000; use of a company vehicle, fuel card, 33 days holidays, pension, paid overtime. Hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 2pm finish on Friday.The company covers all hotel expenses in advance and provides an overnight allowance; all PPE and tools are also provided.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business who are seeking experienced Electrical Site Engineers.RequirementsAs an Electrical Site Engineer, you will possess an ECS Gold Card - BS#removed#th Edition along with a CSCS or hold a SSSTS card. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of working onsite and possess mechanical skills.As this role involves working on very high-level security sites, candidates will need to undergo SC Security Clearance, as well a full DBS check which will be paid for by the company. Candidates also need to hold a UK Passport as well as lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years and able to demonstrate the last 3 years of work history for reference purposes.ResponsibilitiesAs an Electrical Site Engineer, you will work as part of a team and provide a combination of installation, repairs and servicing of various equipment which does include all associated hardware and components.Ideally candidates will hold IPAF, PASMA certificates (the company will pay for these should you not hold these certificates).Possess mechanical skills.Ability to work with Power Tools (Drills Grinders etc).You will be responsible for installation, service and maintenance of a range of doors which can be bel NPSA (CPNI) rated these can be electrical or mechanical operated.Provide an innovative and technically aware approach to problem solving.Comply with all health & safety requirements onsite.Work as part of a team of three, you with either lead or be a member of a team of electrical to ensure the project is completed within the allocate time and to the high standard.After finishing the project, make sure to complete all HSE and company paperwork and return to the office.Ensure appropriate audits and checks are conducted.Receive and put into action all written and verbal instructions as required.Train and supervise all team members to ensure they adhere to all safety documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
