Electrical Support Engineer
Our client, one of the world’s leading engineering companies, based in Wymondham are currently seeking an Electrical Support Engineer, to join their growing team.
As the Electrical Support Engineer, you will diagnose and resolve some issues, avoiding unnecessary trips for the overseas team.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Technical expertise and problem-solving skills
* Strong knowledge of 3-phase power systems
* Customer service orientation to effectively support users and maintain reliability in a remote environment.
* Knowledge of PLC software would be advantageous
* Computer literate
* Must have a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering
* Strong knowledge of electrical equipment
* Strong communication skills as you will be collaborating with all departments.
Training will be provided in house.
Key Duties:
* Responsible for testing and commissioning new company products
* Providing Technical Support: Responding to inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers. This can involve diagnosing software, components issue and providing solutions remotely.
* Remote Support: Assisting users with remote application access, configuration settings, and remote software installations.
