TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an Electrical Technical Support Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies

Working on a hybrid basis you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support and guidance to colleagues on job. This can include technical information about equipment, updates and training the team onsite as well.

* Schedule - Monday to Friday 40 hours

* Working hours – Flexible (Door to Door pay)

* On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for technical phone call support.

* Salary – c£55,000/Yr.

* Location – England – Ideal living Location would be South Yorkshire to Hertfordshire (head offices are in Birmingham)

* Extra – Overtime available & Car allowance or Van/Pickup Truck

Your duties will be yet not limited to

* Provide technical support to colleagues across the wide UK business via the phone and onsite visits.

* Be able to identify electrical faults and failures with the equipment in store

* Carry out onsite training for field-based operatives

* Keep up to date with the equipment and tools being used, learning new ways to fix if needed

* Attend stakeholder meetings and client meetings representing the company

* Produce comprehensive technical reports when onsite with findings and fixes

* Continuous updates to legislation documents and SOPs
