Electrical Test Engineer

Location: Haverhill, CB4 0AB Contract: 2-3 months Rate : Negotiable (Umbrella or PAYE) About the Role We are seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to support the reliability testing of advanced network cards in line with an agreed Reliability Test Plan. This is a hands-on role involving test setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and data collection, with work split between our onsite oven-testing facility and an external partner lab in Haverhill. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers to design and validate test setups, check wiring and schematics, run regression tests, and execute scripted procedures across both Windows and Linux platforms. Due to the lab's location, applicants should have access to their own transport. Key Responsibilities Set up and run reliability and regression tests on network cards.

Operate and monitor environmental ovens (temperature/humidity cycling).

Work with test scripts, wiring checks, and test automation across Linux and Windows platforms.

Collect and analyse results in Excel, providing clear, accurate documentation.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure tests are executed safely, reliably, and to plan.
