Are you an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in maintaining machinery within a FMCG manufacturing business based in Stockport?
Our client is looking for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to enhance the current team. As the electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be a time served Maintenance Engineer and have a formal qualification in electrical engineering, preferably an HNC.
Working the following rotating shift pattern - 5am-1pm, 6pm-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 3pm -11pm. Offering a salary of £44,072 per annum inc Shift allowance
The role - Both reactive and planned maintenance on high speed machinery Provide electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and process maintenance cover on a day to day basis on all production and site assets as indicated by the Maintenance Manager. Fault diagnosis on automated systems using laptop PC and PLC's to resolve faults and control issues. To identify and carry out Continuous Improvement activities in conjunction with line production colleagues. To keep maintenance and quality records as required, using paper and computerised systems as specified by the Company.
