As an Electronic Production Engineer , you will work to enhance the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing processes. Youll also collaborate with Engineering Development teams to ensure a seamless transition of new products from design through to production.
About the Role Work with Design and Development teams to identify and recommend enhancements to both products and production processes. Partner with R&D and Production teams to support theintroduction of new products from initial concept through tomanufacture. Diagnose and resolve production issues to reduce downtime and uphold product quality standards. Develop proposals and specifications for new production equipment. Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturers of assembly equipment. Prepare assembly control plans, work instructions, SOPs, and other process-related technical documentation.
