Electronics Measurement and Test Engineer

Full-Time

Derby/Hybrid (3 days a week on-site)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electronics Measurement and Test Engineer to join our team in Derby.

In this role, you will ensure that Rolls-Royce has fit for purpose measurement capability, solutions and resulting data for our products to meet business, customer and regulatory requirements. You will be part of a team working on Measurement Systems, Instrumentation and Sensors with a focus on Electronics hardware and software design.

You will define appropriate instrumentation and measurement system solutions, ensuring that they deliver valid data to the declared levels of uncertainty and integrity

This role is aligned to the Engineering Technology and Safety organisation. In E24S our projects can range from existing in-service improvements to next generation New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology development.

This challenging yet rewarding role will give you an opportunity to leverage technologies to empower our customers. Working with and around gas turbine engines, you’ll provide critical product support solutions for the development, OE and MRO areas of the business.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance.
