Our client, a leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a talented professional to oversee the implementation of a new SMT production line through our agency, BMR Solutions. Responsibilities:
* Lead the setup, commissioning, and optimization of a new electronics production line.
* Manage Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, ideally utilizing ASM placement machines.
* Work with ODB++ software (preferred) or Gerber files to ensure precision in production outputs.
* Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows.
* Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, yield, and product quality.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
* Support and train production staff while monitoring key performance metrics.
The Person:
* Strong experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly with SMT production lines (a degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not essential).
