Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for an eMachine Concept FMEA Lead Engineer to be based at our customers site in Gaydon . Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.
The Role: The eMachine Concept FMEA Lead Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and safety of electric machine systems during the early stages of product development. This role focuses on identifying potential failure modes, assessing their impact on system performance, and implementing preventive measures before detailed design begins. By applying structured risk analysis methodologies, the engineer helps shape robust architectures for electric motors, ensuring they meet stringent automotive standards for quality, safety, and performance.
