End user experience engineer - 600 Inside IR35 - Global Airline

A global airline is looking to hire two EUX Engineers to play a key role in a large-scale migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across a complex, multi-functional enterprise environment.

This is more than just an upgrade, it's a strategic transformation. You'll be responsible for designing and customising migration solutions that ensure a seamless transition for diverse teams, each with unique workflows and requirements. Your work will directly impact user experience, productivity, and operational continuity.

Rate: 600 inside IR35

Location: 2-3 days per week to Heathrow Office

Requirements:

• Experience supporting a large organisation with transitioning from Windows 10 to 11
• Experience working with a large organisation, working with over 20k users and 6k applications
• Highly desirable Big 4 consultancy background with such as; EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC
• Demonstrable example of in-depth analysis to identify and review issues/problems and create solutions that generated significant impact (i.e. ramped up volume of transferred users, improved project monument)
• Must have excellent communication skills, personality/gravitas to work with different stakeholders and provide a consulting style to solutions suggested
• Must be immediately available or a short notice period (maximum 2 weeks)
