AOV Field Service Engineer - Controls Smoke & Ventilation Panels\n\nDo you have Smoke Control Engineer, Fire Alarm Engineer, PLC Engineer, Ventilation Engineer, Intruder Engineer, Alarm Engineer or Controls Engineer experience?\nLive in the Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Bucks, Surrey or West London area?The Company\n\nAn established organisation, who design, supply, install & maintain Smoke Ventilation Control Systems, are seeking additional engineers due to expansion.\n\nTraining\n\nInitial & ongoing training will be provided to Engineer's who have either:\n\nAutomatic Opening Vent / AOV Engineer / Smoke Ventilation Engineer experience\nFire Alarm Engineer, Intruder Engineer, Access Control Engineer experience.\nControls Engineer, Panel Engineer experience\nVentilation Engineer experienceThe Role\n\nBased from home and working within a region, you will undertake PPM & reactive repair within their clients' sites. This includes:\n\nDiagnose and rectify faults in AOV systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and meeting customer requirements.\nInspect & test existing smoke vent systems, performing tests to ensure the operation of smoke vents in both regular & emergency situations\nProvide support & advice to customers on their proper use and maintenance.\nComplete all necessary documentation, recommending necessary adjustments, repairs, or replacementsYour Experience\n\nThe ideal candidate will have Field Engineer experience, reside within the Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex or Surrey area and possess:\n\nExperience of either; Fire Controls, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, BMS Controls, PLC Controls, Ventilation\nIdeally Electrically qualified (C&G 236 or equivalent)\nKnowledge of electrical circuits within control panels\nFull UK Driving LicenceHours & Remuneration\n\nMonday to Friday 8am-4pm (37.5hrs)\n£38,000 to £45,000 salary on experience\nOvertime payments\nCompany Van (Peugeot Partner) with private use option\nExtra payments for excess travel or working away from home\n30 days Holiday increasing with service\nPension to 8%\nPhone, Uniform, Power Tools, Test equipment, Laptop, etcIf you have relevant control panel experience, then contact us at startMonday for an initial conversation
