Job title: Engineer – LSAR Engineer
Location: Barrow-in-Furness – Onsite

What you’ll be doing:
- Collating and populating maintenance task and parts information within the well-established database to support the entire Dreadnought programme
- Running queries/reports within the database
- Understanding engineering drawings and breaking down equipment to create a disassembly sequence
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Previous stakeholder engagement experience
- A confident communicator
- Competent using computer systems
- Previous experience working with databases
Desirable:
- Experience working with Raytheon EAGLE
- Engineering qualification and/or previous experience working within an engineering environment
- Access database experience

The Whole Boat LSA Admin Team:
The team comprises a blend of experienced professionals currently engaged in working very closely with Rolls-Royce, Babcock ILS teams, and also working closely with the MOD in this role. You will be working closely within a full team of 5 including the Hiring Manager, on established databases to support the entire Dreadnought programme and delivering these to the customer upon boat completion.
There is significant room for professional advancement within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and with ongoing projects and with a stable workload, job security is a significant advantage.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
