About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer to join our Engineering team, taking responsibility for the safety and compliance of a wide range of marine assets.
This role involves the development, ownership, and delivery of safety cases, the implementation of safety frameworks, and the management of regulatory compliance. You will work closely with certifying authorities and senior stakeholders to ensure all assets meet the highest safety and operational standards.
About You
We are looking for a motivated individual with a dynamic approach to engineering safety and compliance. You’ll bring strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across complex projects.
To be successful, you should have:
Proven experience in the ownership and development of safety cases and frameworks.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, including duty holders.
Formal training as a Safety Engineer, or equivalent professional experience.
An accredited engineering or safety management qualification (or equivalent).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
