Roles We’re Recruiting For: Junior E&P Design Engineers : Kickstart your career designing signalling power systems, including LV distribution and backup systems. Mid-Level E&P Design Engineers : Lead detailed designs for signalling power renewals, such as UPS, switchgear, and cabling, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. Senior/Lead E&P Design Engineers : Oversee project delivery, drive innovative power solutions, and mentor junior engineers to meet Network Rail standards. What You’ll Need: Expertise in E&P design, ideally in signalling power systems (LV/HV, UPS, or DNO distribution networks). Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD / Microstation, Trimble, or BIM software. Knowledge of UK rail standards (Network Rail) is a big plus.
