Basic Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + Overtime + Benefits

REClifts is seeking 1 x Escalator Engineer (Service & Repairs) to join a highly reputable Lift & Escalator Engineering firm in the Nottingham area.

This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for an experienced Escalator Engineer with a strong background in routine service, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Commute from: Nottingham, Derby, Newark-on-Trent, Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Chesterfield, Ilkeston, Hucknall

Ideal Escalator Engineer Candidate

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering - Essential
• Full UK driving licence - Essential
• 2+ years' experience working as an Escalator Engineer
• Confident working independently on servicing, breakdowns, and minor repairs
• Comfortable working on a shared on-call rota
• Good customer communication skills and proactive attitude to safety and service

Key Responsibilities of an Escalator Engineer

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on various escalator packages
• Diagnose faults and complete minor repairs and replacements
• Keep accurate service records and escalate technical issues as needed
• Provide excellent on-site customer service and support
• Adhere to all health & safety guidelines and company standards
• Participate in on-call rota for emergency breakdowns
