Basic Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + Overtime + Benefits
REClifts is seeking 1 x Escalator Engineer (Service & Repairs) to join a highly reputable Lift & Escalator Engineering firm in the Sheffield area.
This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for an experienced Escalator Engineer with a strong background in routine service, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Commutable from: Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Worksop, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Mansfield

Ideal Escalator Engineer Candidate
- NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering - Essential
- Full UK driving licence - Essential
- 2+ years\' experience working as an Escalator Engineer
- Confident working independently on servicing, breakdowns, and minor repairs
- Comfortable working on a shared on-call rota
- Good customer communication skills and proactive attitude to safety and service
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on various escalator packages
- Diagnose faults and complete minor repairs and replacements
- Keep accurate service records and escalate technical issues as needed
- Provide excellent on-site customer service and support
- Adhere to all health & safety guidelines and company standards
- Participate in on-call rota for emergency breakdowns
