What will you be doing?

• Leading the development and implementation of resilience strategies across product design, manufacturing and supply chain
• Managing complex changes through the change control process while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation quality
• Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to proactively mitigate disruptions
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and influencing senior stakeholders

What will you need to be successful?

• Proven experience in resilience engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
• Strong leadership in managing change control processes and mentoring others
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and integrate resilience into every aspect of operations
