We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Estimation & Quotation Specialist to support our Production division. This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of machine option quotations. It involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to compile accurate, timely, and profitable quotations, all while enhancing customer satisfaction and driving commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the creation and ongoing management of all machine option quotations. Compile accurate, competitive, and timely quotations in collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, and other key departments. Project manage each quotation, ensuring timely responses and input from relevant stakeholders within the Production division. Support the development, implementation, and optimisation of market-driven costing strategies to increase conversion rates of machine options. Competently estimate costs related to machining, fabrication, engineering design, materials, and assembly. Monitor these estimates against actuals to drive continuous commercial improvement. Maintain clear, transparent communication with European Sales organisations to ensure alignment and strengthen key relationships.
