Experienced Mobility Lift Engineer

Mobilitybase is a family-run business specialising in the installation, repair, servicing, and removal of stairlifts, through-floor lifts, platform lifts, and ceiling hoists. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Mobility Lift Engineer to join our expanding team.

About the Role

This is a mobile role covering both domestic and commercial sites across London, Kent, Essex, Sussex, and other parts of the South East. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and removing a variety of mobility lift equipment.

Please note: This role involves regular driving, as we cover a large service area.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Probation: A 6-month probation period applies

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in the mobility lift industry * Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent recognised qualification * Confident with products from Stannah, Wessex, Handicare, Pollock, and others * Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Comfortable using a smartphone to manage tasks and complete job reports * Strong time management and the ability to work independently * Friendly, professional, and confident in customer-facing roles * Full UK driving licence with little to no points and no disqualifications in the last 5 years
