Salary range:- £30,000 -£40,000 a year depending on experience – Permanent+ Company Van + Travel Expenses + Phone +Overtime
Hours of Work: 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday 08:00-15:30 Friday. Overtime paid for out of hours and Saturday and Sunday work
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber and Heating Engineer to join our team.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform plumbing PPM to commercial and industrial properties
* Un blocking traps/drains commercial and industrial
* Diagnose faults with general plumbing situations no hot water/flushers not working/water leaks/ blockages able to carry out repairs efficiently
* Adhere to all health and safety standards
* Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks with proper documentation
* Maintain accurate records of work performed
* Work both independently and as part of a team
* Open to other duties
*Candidate Qualifications and Skills*
* Full, clean driving licence
* City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification in gas and plumbing/heating
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties
* Practical experience working onsite direct with our end users
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Commitment to Health and Safety compliance

As a Torien Services Engineer your role would be to provide an initial first response to call outs and carry out service work and installation work for customers. With the proven ability to analyse and show good attention to detail. You will be able to communicate at all levels with internal staff and customer’s representatives, providing a first class, friendly service at all times.
