Main Duties In your role as a Fabric Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities, with repairs undertaken where necessary to achieve the highest level of service for the client, reporting any defects at the time of the service visit. Build relationships with the client, answering any queries and keeping them informed of site activities and developments. Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work. The role will require the team to undergo a high-level security clearance due to the security level of the site. The role will include a variety of tasks including the following: Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled Monthly utilities meter readings First line response to reactive repairs Minor building fabric repairs-Basic Carpentry, Carpet Tiling, Locks Minor decorating tasks Minor plumbing repairs Adhoc porterage duties (Moves & changes, furniture management & moves, etc) Maintain accurate documentation of all assigned work orders Comply fully with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
