Role Purpose Carry out planned and reactive maintenance. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

General Carpentry Fire door maintenance and repair Weekly fire alarm testing Weekly tap flushing AHU Cleaning & Servicing Basic plumbing and drainage repairs Patch repairs to wall and floor tiling, carpets, lino & screeds Suspended ceiling repairs Shelving /racking Lock changes/repairs Painting & Decorating Working hours as part of the sites shift pattern.
