Fabric Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare - Portsmouth - Up to £ 30,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Portsmouth . I am currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based in a static role in Portsmouth, working on a large healthcare contract with no callout.

The successful candidate will be an all-round Fabric Engineer and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team on a large building responsible for all the landlord services. Working with the large shift team on-site, you will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.
