As part of the Facilities Management Team, you will take on a crucial role in delivering a variety of planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance tasks. The position involves general building fabric and grounds-related works such as joinery, tiling, minor roofing and guttering, drainage, flooring, paving, and more, as directed through the company's Helpdesk system. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality maintenance services to a wide range of clients, maintaining strong attention to detail and commitment to best practices.

Use initiative to resolve technical challenges, source parts, and liaise with manufacturers as needed.

Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes, meeting safety regulations and contract standards.

Complete accurate reporting, maintenance logs, and risk control documentation.
