Fabric Engineer - Central London, Static site - October 27th 2025 start

My client is keen to speak to Fabric Engineer's to cover a member of staff who has extended leave until February 1st 2026, this will be on one of their key account sites in Central London (Regents Park area). The below skills would be imperative:

- Door and window maintenance (maintenance, repair, lock changes etc)

- Basic plumbing (unblocking sinks, identifying leaks)

- Fire alarm & emergency lighting tests

- General maintenance around site

- Painting My client is keen to speak to team players that have worked within commercial sites, are comfortable with client interaction & are proficient with reactive and PPM's.

- Paying up to £20.00p/h depending on experience & skill set

- Starting October 27th 2025 - February 1st 2026

- Uniform provided

- DBS check paid for provided you don't hold one

It is key for my client to find a suitable Fabric Engineer who can commit to the duration of the assignment.
