Location: Greenwich, London Salary: £36,000 (flexible, depending on experience) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join the team at a residential site in Greenwich. The role focuses exclusively on the commercial communal areas of the building – no work inside individual apartments.
The ideal candidate will come from a Painting & Decorating background with strong all-round fabric maintenance skills, ensuring the communal spaces are well maintained, presentable, and safe.
Key Responsibilities:

Painting and decorating of communal areas (walls, ceilings, woodwork, touch-ups)
*
General fabric maintenance, repairs, and minor plastering
*
Basic tiling and finishing works where required
*
Supporting the Facilities/Building Management team with reactive maintenance tasks
*
Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to a high standard
Requirements:

Proven background in Painting & Decorating (essential)
*
General handyman / multi-trade skills (fabric works)
*
Ability to work independently and to deadlines
*
Strong attention to detail with high-quality finishes
*
Excellent attitude towards customer service and safety
