Fabric Engineer Leicester £30,000

Our client is currently looking to bring on an experienced, motivated and dedicated Fabric Engineer to join their Maintenance Team on a fantastic, state of the art, flagship site based in Leicester. In this role, you will be representing the client on site in a professional and polite manner whilst carrying out fabric duties on site, liaising with subcontractors and actively seeking out work to carry out on site. This is a static role, following a fixed pattern, Monday - Friday, 8 -5 as part of a team.

Responsibilities: Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the efficient operation of all fabric-related tasks Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues, diagnosing and repairing fabric-related faults. General upkeep of the building, including painting, decorating, basic plumbing works, and basic electrical work. Maintain fire doors and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Apply
