Overview

As part of our growing Engineering family, we are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer/ Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. The role sits within our facility support service and covers 2 prestige sites at London Bridge and Canary Wharf. The role is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern days only 7am to 7pm.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a building fabric service including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.
  • Work across two prestige sites: London Bridge and Canary Wharf.
  • Carry out fabric repairs with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
  • Be physically fit as the role involves manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Keep clients updated with developments, record all activities, remedial works, inspection logs, and ensure a high level of customer service; communicate effectively (verbal and written) and use IT to log tasks and updates.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Background in facilities management, a trade scheme, or equivalent experience.
