You will be responsible for ensuring the building's interior and common areas are maintained to the highest possible standard. Key Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality painting and decorating work, including surface preparation (sanding, filling, priming), finishing, and detailed touch-ups.

Manage planned redecoration projects as well as reactive painting repairs.

Conduct regular building inspections to identify areas requiring redecoration or fabric repair.

Perform a range of general building fabric maintenance tasks as needed, including: Minor carpentry (e.g., door/lock adjustments).

Basic plumbing (e.g., fixing minor leaks, tap changes).
