Job Title: Multi Skilled fabric Engineer estate management. We are recruiting a Multi Skilled fabric Engineer to join the team located in Southampton S014 Working hours 08:00-17:00 Role Summary: Respond to reactive works within the team Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales Liaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasks Undertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned works Responsible for basic fabric repairs and replacements Responsible for other building and installation works as required Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHUs / FCUs and Basic Plumbing On call 1 in 6
