OverviewFabric Maintenance Engineer role at Facilities Management Intrapreneur Ltd located in Southampton. Working hours 08:00-17:00.Role Summary: Respond to reactive works within the team and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales. Liaise with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair tasks. Undertake site surveys and produce Works Requests, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for planned works. Responsible for basic fabric repairs and replacements. Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, AHUs/FCUs and basic plumbing.
