Certain Advantage is hiring for a Facilities Engineer based in Solihull.
This role is on an initial 1-year contract and is based on site.

The role:
The Facilities Engineering function is responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.
Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.
May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.
Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. Typical Title: Facilities Engineer, Facilities/Building Services Engineer
