Job Title: Fibre Engineer Location: Field-based across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire (within 1 hour of Sheffield). Salary: £29,000 to £34,000 per annum. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

This is a hands-on fibre role with real backing and a proper setup. We're supporting a growing network provider as they strengthen their field engineering team. The business builds and maintains its own FTTP network and uses Openreach infrastructure and methodology, so experience in that space will transfer directly.

This is not just a cable installation job. You'll work across network deployment, customer installations and quality assurance. From getting new streets connected to delivering excellent service in customers' homes, your work will be front and centre.

What you'll be doing: Installing fibre connections for both underground and overhead routes. Carrying out customer installations including internal cabling and splicing.
