We are now seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is a vital role, working directly with our customers to install, maintain, and service Endoline machinery, ensuring it continues to perform to the highest standards. The Role As a Service Engineer, you will play a key part in supporting our customers across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll be responsible for installation, servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs of Endoline equipment, delivering exceptional customer service at every step. Your key responsibilities will include: • Installing new machinery at customer sites, carrying out training, and completing handover sign-offs. • Servicing and refurbishing existing machines, replacing worn components to keep systems running at their best. • Attending customer breakdowns, fault diagnosing both mechanically and electrically to resolve issues quickly. • Working with our in-house Design & Test Engineers to solve more complex technical challenges. • Surveying eq...
