Field Calibration Engineer – Medical Equipment

Home based role covering London and the South East. As a Field Calibration Engineer, you will travel to client sites to service sensitive medical devices, laboratory equipment, and instrumentation in hospitals, health centres, and clinics.

Job Description:

You will work for a reputable company providing calibration and repair services for medical and laboratory equipment. The role involves calibrating and performing basic maintenance and occasional repairs on equipment at various healthcare facilities. After initial training, you will work independently with technical and administrative support, liaising with healthcare staff daily.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in a relevant field
• HNC/HND qualification in electronics, science, or engineering
• Smart appearance, excellent organizational, communication, and customer care skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Clean driving license and good navigation skills
• Calibration experience is desirable but full training will be provided

This role is suitable for individuals currently working as Calibration Engineers, Electronics Repair Engineers, Laboratory Instrumentation Technicians, Medical Device Engineers, or Field Service Engineers within commuting distance of London or willing to relocate.
