This great organisation have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. ATM experience is preferable and the higher end of the salary applies to experienced, however, FULL TRAINING will be given.

The role will be to look after and work in and around the Manchester and North West region.

Experience mending white goods has great transferable skills for this role and equally, a good level of mechanical / electrical aptitude is ideal for this position.

Also, If you have experience in and enjoy general PC hardware and software maintenance, working with Windows operating systems or generally enjoy taking things apart, mending and putting back together again this could be a great opportunity for you.

The role would suit an individual who is looking to advance their career in engineering/IT and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities.

* Diagnosing faults, make repairs and to replace modules on ATM’s.

* Installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction

* Take responsibility and ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
