Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 per week Location: Warwick (Hybrid) Salary: £28,193 per annum
Shift Pattern Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday: 07:30-16:30 08:00-17:00 09:00-18:00 10:00-19:00 Saturday: 08:30-14:00 (1 in 3 rotation) Saturday weeks are adjusted to maintain 40 hours. Flexibility is essential.
Role Summary Responsible for optimising daily schedules for a field engineer workforce to meet service levels and customer expectations. Acts as a key contact for engineers and team managers, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
