Shift Pattern

Rotating shifts:

\n Mon-Fri: 07:30-16:30, 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00 \n
Sat: 08:30-14:00 (1 in 3 rotation) \n
\n
Saturday weeks are adjusted to maintain 40 hours. Flexibility is essential.

Role Summary
\n
Responsible for optimising daily schedules for a field engineer workforce to meet service levels and customer expectations. Acts as a key contact for engineers and team managers, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n Maximise engineer utilisation and reduce travel time \n
Manage same-day planning and job prioritisation \n
Coordinate follow-up visits and parts ordering \n
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers \n
Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling issues \n
Adapt to daily challenges and ensure resource efficiency \n

Candidate Requirements
\n
\n Experience with scheduling/planning systems \n
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills \n
Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude \n
Excellent communication and PC skills (Word, Excel) \n
Focused on continuous improvement and team support \n
\n
