We’re hiring a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to serve as a frontline technical expert across pre-sales, solution deployment, and ongoing customer support. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position centered on advanced RF systems — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, networks, and customer success.
You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and clients to ensure smooth technical delivery from first contact through to post-deployment support, across both U.S. and international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide expert technical support throughout the sales lifecycle (pre-sales and post-sales) Participate in customer meetings to scope requirements, advise on solutions, and demonstrate technical capabilities Deliver and maintain customer training programs, both remotely and on-site Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation Draft task plans, technical documentation, and post-engagement reports Support live product demos, trade shows, and field-based events Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards in all environments Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery Report to the U.S. Customer Success Lead, supporting sales and adoption through technical enablement What You’ll Bring
