You’ll be at the forefront of diagnostic and repair capabilities for Caterpillar products, working on CAT engines, generators, and components across various sectors.

Position Overview

As a vital member of our in-frame team, you’ll be working in locations such as Leeds, Cannock, Cardiff, and Glasgow . This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer field repair and service requests with professionalism and expertise.
• Diagnose equipment problems using specialized tools and provide detailed information to customers.
• Estimate arrival times and communicate effectively with customers regarding service requests.
• Identify required parts for repairs and manage requisition processes.
• Perform repair and service work on a variety of Caterpillar engines and generators.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: LDV driving license and formal training (NVQ Level 3 preferred).
• Experience: Significant experience as a service engineer or equivalent, with knowledge of gas and diesel engines.
• Skills: Proficiency in field-based diagnosis tools and equipment, along with assembly and disassembly of diesel engines.
