Our Customer Support Engineers assist clients by installing, maintaining, and training on our Biomolecular Solutions, including automation, genomics, and cell analysis instruments such as RTCA, imaging, microscopy, microplate readers, flow cytometry, NGS, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and spectroscopy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule services efficiently and communicate proactively with customers.
• Collaborate with managers and sales teams to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain high customer service standards in line with company policies.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
• Provide feedback on performance issues to product specialists and vendors.
• Address service requests and communicate throughout the service process.

This role involves remote work with travel to customer sites in North West England and the Midlands, with a company car provided.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a Life Sciences field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology).
• Hands-on laboratory experience with automation, genomics, or cell analysis solutions.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driving license.

Personal qualities include being proactive, outgoing, customer-oriented, autonomous, and team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
