Field Service Engineer – CNC Machine Tools\n\nUK-wide travel | £32,500 – £37,500 basic | £45,500 – £52,500 OTE\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading CNC machine tool manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in CNC machinery who is looking to maximise their earnings while working with advanced machine tool technology.\n\nThe Role\n\nCarry out service, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.\n\nProvide technical support and fault-finding expertise to minimise machine downtime.\n\nBuild strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.\n\nWork a 37.5-hour standard week, with regular overtime available.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\nBasic salary between £32,500 – £37,500, depending on experience.\n\nRealistic OTE of £45,500 – £52,500 (based on 10 hours overtime per week).\n\nOvertime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours and on Saturdays, and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.\n\nPaid door-to-door travel.\n\nCompany car (Skoda, choice of model).\n\nAbout You\n\nMinimum 5 years’ machine tool service experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of CNC machinery; experience with specific OEMs is highly advantageous.\n\nExcellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability.\n\nConfident working independently while representing the business in a customer-facing capacity.\n\nBy applying for this position, you consent to Recruit Engineering processing and storing your personal data, including your CV, contact details, and any other relevant information, for the purpose of providing work-finding services.
