Field Service Engineer – CNC Machine Tools

UK-wide travel | £32,500 – £37,500 basic | £45,500 – £52,500 OTE

We are recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading CNC machine tool manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in CNC machinery who is looking to maximise their earnings while working with advanced machine tool technology.

The Role

Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.

Provide technical support and fault-finding expertise to minimise machine downtime.

Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Work a 37.5-hour standard week, with regular overtime available.

What’s on Offer

Basic salary between £32,500 – £37,500, depending on experience.

Realistic OTE of £45,500 – £52,500 (based on 10 hours overtime per week).

Overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours and on Saturdays, and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Paid door-to-door travel.

Company car (Skoda, choice of model).

About You

Minimum 5 years’ machine tool service experience.

Strong knowledge of CNC machinery; experience with specific OEMs is highly advantageous.

Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
