Field Service Engineer - Electro-Mechanical - EPOS / IT

Are you an experienced electro-mechanical engineer who enjoys solving problems and delivering great service? Do you thrive in a customer-facing role and enjoy working independently?

Our client, a well-established technology solutions provider, is looking for a full-time Field Service Engineer to join their team. You'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment-such as weighing scales, printers, hand scanners, and food slicers-across leading supermarket retailers.

What We're Looking For:

Background in electro-mechanical field engineering (e.g., Vending, Coffee, ATM, EPOS, Printers, Medical Equipment, etc.)

Strong technical and IT skills

Willingness to learn and cross-train on new products

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Full UK driving licence

Role Highlights:

Repair, install, and maintain equipment typically found on supermarket food counters

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Work independently, managing your own schedule

Working Hours:

5-week rota:

2 in 5 Saturdays

2 in 5 Sundays

8am-6pm (4 weeks), 9am-7pm (1 week)

Days off in lieu for weekend work
