Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime. Provide training and support to clients on the operation of equipment. Prepare detailed service reports and documentation after each visit. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and product performance. Maintain an organised inventory of tools and parts necessary for service tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations. Qualifications A qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role is advantageous. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to the industry. A valid driving license is essential for travel to client locations.
